I learned SO much about customer service at this job, and learned much about myself and my capabilities in the process. It's a really great brand of the Marriott, and I loved the Navigator idea. When I worked at the front desk, I had a really great team.
Literally no room for growth; if you wanted a promotion, you basically had to wait until someone quit of was fired. That happened to me - I was a front desk clerk for 9 months busting my booty, and finally was able to move to front desk supervisor when the previous supervisor left. I spent another almost 2 years trying to move up at that location, but there is such nepotism and favoritism. In general, the management team is a joke.
