There were some very good, talented people who worked there. They were either beat down or run off however.
Expectation that you live to work. Plan on virtually no time off and no additional compensation. CEO and COO both arrogant dunderheads who need both hands and a mirror if you get my drift. CEO hothead with revolving door mentality about employees. Pay and benefits sub-standard for the industry. HR VP a disaster.
Advice to Management
Shareholders need to clean house on the board and upper management. Lance still major shareholder and makes decisions as though company still privately held. Treat employees like the asserts they are not a disposable commodity. You increases your cost of doing business with your turnover of people.
