    independent work environment monthly training and learning focuses good PTO and other benefits rewarding job helping others supportive management


    program is very slow low patient load lots of ancillary activities need to stay up to date on always changing procedures and policies lots of phone calls (more than expected)

    Advice to Management

    Management did the best they could to keep everyone updated - things are always changing due to the program being new. Also lots of changes with company buying other companies and then being bought out. Sometimes uneasy feeling for employees try best to keep them well informed so they feel secure.
