Smart people Dedicated employees Great brand name if your in Germany but not in US. Tools are superior Innovative but with no market share does it matter?

You have five business units under one roof all chasing their own goal. It's like a circus. Many people who work here are people who have been working her 15+ years and they are content---as in same job forever. No motivation! Management is a cluster because inside the five business units you have leaders who have their own agenda among each group--brand, product, finance. No communication! Tools are superior but they price them out of the market by a long shot As many smart people you have here you also have plenty of people who are horrible and do absolutely nothing to drive business.

    Advice to Management

Fire the bad employees and stop letting them do nothing and collect w check. It's sick. Hire talent and pay them what they deserve. You can't get $100k+ talent for $70k a year and think they will change the world. They will quit once another company sees their talent. To that point stop letting talent leave because you won't pay or promote them. Too many good people leave and we keep the dead weight. That's horrible for company morale and growth. If you keep penny pinching for raises but go and spend $30k on a promotion or program in a quarter that does nothing to help the company that's sends a horrible signal to employees that investing in employees is at the bottom of the list. We would rather risk it on a roque promo The sales force is well seasoned and knows the business but to that point also knows how to skim by. Do the least amount of work to not get fired. Bosch never fired anyone so you know you are safe if you do 20% of your job.
