    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Rochester Software Associates as an intern (Less than a year)

They promote a casual work environment They have great people working there They are in a nice location The intern work is easy

As an intern it got boring really fast They do not pay their interns nearly as much as other local companies There is a definite age gap between most of the employees that promotes unwanted barriers

    Advice to Management

Management says that they only give their co-ops a small period of time to accept their offer (usually about 3 days) so that they can tell who's serious, but it's kind of a dirty tactic since they offer way ahead of the curve and try to lock you into a lower salary before you have any other offers. Please stop doing this.
