Advice to Management
Communicate more with tellers on teller line I loved the company when I initially started (working as a floater/summer teller). However, I soon learned the discrepancies among higher management throughout the different branches. Some managers were incredibly helpful, however, a good deal made the job much more difficult for those on the teller line. This is primarily due to the fact that communication was lacking from management in terms of what they expected from their employees.
