I worked at Rosetta full-time (More than 3 years)
- The people: they're smart, great, and a pleasure to work with. Rosetta has done a great job of maintaining a positive work environment, but a lot of the credit goes to the people that make it such a fun place to work. Expect collaboration, genuine connections, and mentorship. - Focus on career growth: Rosetta has a powerful system to ensure you're learning and voicing your career goals on a regular basis. - Great foundation for skill development: Rosetta provided me with some of the most universally applicable business skills as a strategic business thinker. - Small enough (and receptive leaders) to make an impact: While it's a reasonably big organization, you have the ability to make a difference, particularly based on my experience in the consulting group.
- Organizational instability: those who have negative experiences typically cite the amount of uncertainty and constant change the broader organization is experiencing. - Lack of client interaction: as a consultant, the experience lent itself to more of an analyst's role. This is, however, somewhat dependent on the size of the client you work on.
Advice to Management
