    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Roti Mediterranean Grill full-time (More than a year)

-The co-workers (atleast at my store) are pretty amazing. You definitely bond with these people and they start to feel like family. Everyone always wants the best for you (in both your professional and personal life) - Free Team Member meal per shift. Its freaking delicious. -It's a service job so I think it definitely falls into the "A job you should work atleast once in your lifetime" category. It really teaches you the importance of customer service and communication. You also learn how bad people are naturally at listening

-still a pretty new company so it is still working out some of the kinks - also because it's new upward mobility can be a little difficult at times because you have to wait for a new store to open or someone to quit/be promoted in order to move up - If you are a reliable high contributing worker, they will ask you to stay late all the time and you will end up covering a lot of people's shift -they way they do the employee reviews can sometimes hurt high performers and help slackers

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. You guys are making pretty good strides and I can tell that you guys are trying to be fair and work with a lot of integrity. But do be more careful with how some of the rules and procedures affect workers outside of work/their shift especially involving their time
