Rush Enterprises – Tolleson, AZ
1. Answer telephone, taking messages and assisting callers as needed. 2. Match and code all… Rush Enterprises
I worked at Rush Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)
Large company, looking for young leadership, room for advancement, opportunities to be placed in many locations around the country. Capital is available for projects, and new ideas/innovations.
Heavy corporation expectations, hard on managers, conference calls are demanding, they expect more than possible to get and demand it. They buy out small companies, and replace them with corporate procedures.
Advice to Management
My advice to the management would be to make sure new hires, especially in the "management trainee" program really understand what they are getting into. I don't think letting them meet with CEO's and riding in peoples Maserati's at corporate headquarters and then sending them to truck dealerships paints a very good picture of what the program will be like.
