Excellent pedigree, you can see what the business looks like at the top of the house. Exciting stuff.
Unless you are a Partner or Consultant forget about progression. In a Research role, you are treated like a disposable commodity and don't get to share in the profits in any way. Working your way up is a near impossibility and the system is engineered against moving from Research to Consultant or Partner. RRA prides itself on hiring consultants from other industries (which does make sense from a client credibility perspective) but working for Consultants that have no executive search experience is extremely frustrating, and will burn out support staff very quickly.
Advice to Management
Train your consultants on how executive search works before trotting them out in front of customers and letting them promise things that are completely unrealistic.
