I worked at Ryan Partnership full-time (More than 5 years)
Still a few great employees, very light workload (it's a pro and a con).
Low pay compared to competitors and a high tolerance for cancerous employees. Ryan Partnership was purchased about 2 years ago by Epsilon (renamed Epsilon-Ryan) which has no idea how to use it. It's a great place to go if you want to show up late, leave early, do nothing, get a paycheck and never advance. It's depressing how low morale is there, it just feels like everyone gave up.
Advice to Management
John Immesoete - Walking into an office and telling everyone they haven't had a good idea in 5 years was a bad idea. Telling them to either get on board or leave was also a bad idea. That actually happened, and it started a mass exodus of those talented enough to easily get another offer. So, maybe don't do that again? It probably cost you the Dove account.
