Low salary. Multiple instances of employees leaving to go to another company and then company back in order to get a bump in pay. No shift differential pay. Management would rather lose a good employee rather than finding a way to create more opportunities.
Advice to Management
Look at your pay scale compared to other employers. Create more opportunities for people to grow and increase their earnings. The small amount of money you would pay to maintain good employees is less compared with attracting and training new talent. Pay a shift differential to help keep employees on the the off shifts. Do a better job of letting employees know about all your benefits such as the Ryder shares.
