I have been working at SAIC (More than a year)

Good, smart people to work with and they know what they're doing. Very interesting work, with time given to learn new tasks. A good work ethic at all levels.

Under paid, over worked. Poor facilities to work in and benefits are lacking. The health benefits have deteriorated over the years as the company has become more profitable. Increases of any kind are a joke. Job titles don't make much sense.

    Advice to Management

Compensate your employees based on experience. Restructure your job titles to better reflect the job market. Provide better tools and supplies for your employees to use..
