    Offered good training with some flexibility, depending on the team you worked on.


    Training pay should be the same as your hired pay, not minimum wage pay. Benefits should be available for part-time as well as full-time employees and provided earlier than a year. Need better Systems. There should be six-month pay raise increases.

    Advice to Management

    Praise employees when they do well, and offer good solutions for their mistakes.
