I have been working at Salesforce full-time (Less than a year)

I know not all middle managers at Salesforce are like this, but my manager really puts his employees first. There's a lot of trust in employees to do the right thing, which means greater trust for things like work-life balance, work from home, etc. The top leaders really do care about the things they talk about as well which is great.

I can't say there's much at this point.
