The culture that SALMAT Australia has is very beautiful and very welcoming. An awesome environment to work in as well. Training is provided too. The teachers are very positive, clear and informative and will go over a particular part over and over again until you understand it clearly. I had an accident 5 months ago and they've catered to my needs promptly. Team Leaders have helped me gain skills I thought I never had and now I'm a whiz on the phones. I advise anyone that wants to learn customer service to pick SALMAT as their first employee. You won't regret it!.
There's a minority of Team Leaders and co-workers that aren't really nice to talk to as their behaviour towards you are very intimidating. Especially if you don't know for e.g: a process for an issue. Type of work isn't worth the wage. Pay rise is needed.
Advice to Management
Management needs to open their eyes a bit more to see what happens behind their backs. Something has to be done about wages. When employees are happy, you get the best out of them.
