They pay well. Can't complain about that. Benefits and 401K are solid.
Rather than setting incremental and achievable goals, they set goals at a level they know cannot be reached. When you get close, they bump them up even higher. This creates a difficult and high pressure environment where employees just try not to get fired. I see many posts blaming this on the Korean culture, but I think it is more industry driven. I could be wrong.
Advice to Management
Set a goal or metric that is possible to achieve. Recognize the achievement when it is achieved. Then, raise the bar. Don't simply start with the bar too high then beat employees up about not reaching it.
