    I worked at SanDisk full-time (More than 3 years)


    Had some nice employee interaction activities. Good brand image outside.


    Hard work doesn't pay off. No Appreciation. But if you are great with your boss, you'll be considered for promotion. Bottom line, they boast of zero tolerance to favoritism but that's just an eyewash. Reality is complete opposite. HR department is very relaxed , they don't respond to your Immigration needs in a professional timely manner. Referral system is broken. Just there for show off. Employees are easily replaceable. Talent is not regarded. Very less opportunities for growth. With WD Merger, they've drawn the last straw.

    Advice to Management

    Coach your Managers to focus on their employee growth and not self growth. Employees are humans , stop treating them like machines.
