I worked at Satellites Unlimited (More than a year)
This company has some good growth and diversification and is family run. It's Stable and some of the employees have been there a long time.
Has some turnover rate that surpasses industry standards. Growth potential for employees is very limited and management seems to make decisions based on whether they like or dislike you instead of whether you do your job well or not. This is one of the problems facing Family run companies.
Advice to Management
Look at the accomplishments of your employees not whether you like them or not. This is a service based industry and some of the management can't pass the customer service test and that is bad for business as they are supposed to be the leaders.
