It's nothing more than a pet project for the board and founder. Very inflexible. Don't know any employee who thinks she/he was treated honestly or fairly. Most funders aren't fooled. Constant Exec. Director roll-over - "founder's syndrome." Just plugs along churning out dissatisfied staff.
