I have been working at Signature Retail Services full-time (More than 3 years)
I read some of these negative comments on here and I wonder if these were posted by some of the less than professional co-workers I have seen come and go. Plain and simple if you get up and go to work, follow direction and contribute to the company you will be rewarded. They eve go so far as to send you gift cards for work well done or if you make a positive contribution over and above basic expectations. Opportunities to pick up additional project based income over and above your hourly wages and they pay better than some of the similar companies in this industry. If you have a question or complaint, you can call upper management and they will get you an answer. You may not like their answer, but they will take the time to discuss anything with you.
As with all work in this industry, contracts come and go. They have been able to keep me steadily employed, but when contracts are not renewed, lay-offs do happen. They do look at trying to keep people who work hard, vs. those that just show up ad do the bare minimum.
