Excellent variety of training. Very sell-able. Good marketing and overall lead generation. And pretty good sales training.
Inconsistent management practices. Questionable leadership. Seems to be a fair bit of favoritism played on certain sales teams. Higher than average turnover, even for an inside sales dept. High degree of micro-management, regardless of a rep's tenure. And much more . . .
Advice to Management
Respect, less micromanagement - more money-based incentives.
