Quota is not attainable for most. Each rep has the same growth number which is not realistic since our territories are so different in size, type of clients, etc Getting to be too many cooks in kitchen with core content sales, compliance sales, sum total sales.

Reevaluate quotas. the majority of reps are not hitting quota and should not be the norm
