I have been working at Skyline Technology Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

The first year of your employment here will be great. Once you get your first annual review it all goes down hill from there. There is a lot of flexibility and opportunities if you drink the juice and let them control you. If you have a mind of your own, this is not the place for you. Skyline is a great stepping stone for people with little or no experience and or education. Skyline will hire anyone who cries during cultural interview.

There is a constant feedback policy. It's ok for managers and the executive team to give feedback to you about what you have to change (which usually has nothing to do with your work it all has to do with who you are as a person) but the moment that you give them feedback (which is expected because feedback goes both ways) then you become under attack. You will be forced to have meeting after meeting. Nothing that you say or implement will help the situation. People here have been diagnosed with disorders and such from the CEO, Tony who happens to not have any type of education. He just reads a lot. He has told people that they are a pitiful excuse of a person, that they are failures, and a lot more. People here are terrified of him and they don't speak up for themselves with the fear of getting fired. The pay is horrendous. The try to sell the culture as a way of not paying you a competitive salary. You must be a yes person to work here. You will also be forced to attend summits that starts at 8am and can go through 11pm or so which is facilitated by Tony, CEO. They are a waste of time because people only say what they want Tony to hear. You will also be forced to take cathedral building which again only focuses on your life and not the job that you were hired for. This place is a joke. All of management are little Tony's walking around the office. They run to him for every problem. Keep looking, this is not the place that you will want to be. People that left this place have had to have therapy or file suits in order to get past it all and move on.

    Advice to Management

Get a new CEO and run the company like a real company instead of out of fear.
