Nice Building to work in. Good "people programs" department which was aimed at giving the employees a good atmosphere. But that plays only a small role in a good job.
Classic outdated business approach that fails to give higher raises to good employees and allows bad employees to stay. This causes good employees to get upset that they are paid the same as bad employees. My manager was very controlling could benefit from reading articles or books on how to be a good manager.
Advice to Management
The VP's and Directors seemed competent for the most part. They need to work on developing their managers more and reviewing those who are under them to find out what the managers could do better to improve.
