Frowned upon for not working the 8-8 lifestyle. They also promote you to live your life within the office. Favoritism is completely evident. Accounts (Clients) will be moved to those with stronger relationships to their sales managers/ senior colleagues. They are then paraded around for producing results which are incomparable to their less favored colleagues. Inexperience in management is obvious. They only hire sales people at entry level, therefore all growth is dealt internally. Considering their retention rate, many inexperienced people go into management quite early (again promoted based on favoritism). This then trickles down to the newer members of staff, who will struggle getting the right tutoring from the offset. This company reminds me very much of a sweatshop. Low wages - Long hours - Little job security
Advice to Management
Reconsider the types of managers you put in place. Some are very detrimental to the success of their teams members.
