I worked at Spencer Ogden full-time (Less than a year)

Central location, close to public transport. Nothing else whatsoever...avoid at all costs!!!!

Where to start! Management has no skills for doing the job. People are constantly scared of getting fired. Long hours. Cold environment. They say this keeps you moving. Seriously? Who thinks like that? People that have not billed are getting ridiculed in front of everyone. Where are your morals? Very loud, very noisy. Every day you leave with a headache. You sit with others around huge tables having no space, no drawers nothing. Supposed this is clean desk policy but does not work. Offices are described as fancy and part is true because when you see them first time they look ok but after a while you hate them. CEO sends humiliating emails every day highlighting how many people have not yet billed warning then that if they don't they will be shown the exit door. In general this is a complete waste of time that doesn't add anything on your resume. Everywhere I went for an interview I was asked about past jobs but nobody asked me anything for my time at Spencer Ogden. That says a lot. I resigned on my own after finding a real job in a serious company that values me. I never looked back. Conclusion: save your time and do not even think getting there for an interview. They will lie to you just to lure you in and then you will face the reality. It's bad feeling sorry to go to work. Avoid at all costs!

    Advice to Management

You better go and learn some manners and how to manage people. You ain't a manager because someone gave you a stupid title. Get a grip!
