The Section that you work in will reflect the level of stress you are under , if you are in front of house as i was , and at the time short staffed . The demands would continue to increase and expectations risen without any insight on how with such little staff a professional accurate smooth run outcome became near impossible to attain .
Advice to Management
I am hope full with the movement of staff leaving or becoming unwell as this situation took its toll . That now with new manager in place it has become what i fore saw at the original interview, a more effective front of house both for the clients and staff . The company values are upheld not only in word but action , personal growth is once again encouraged as is staff feed back .
