Occasionally good work-life balance, decent benefits, no raise in benefit costs last couple years. 401K match up to 4%.
Can have a heavy workload. Low morale with employees and poor communication. Pay will be low if you allow. No discounts on Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Many new leaders in the company, there's been turnover in the Executive staff as well as departments throughout the company (Engineering, Sales etc).
Advice to Management
More communication, less layoffs, better raises and more often. Value your employees and make them feel valued.
