    I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)


    it is steady work if you can keep up so if you need a job its just that


    the pay is simply not enough for the headache and verbal abuse you get from the customers because of the fact that the network doesn't work yet sprints marketing team wants to continue to try to get more customers to come to sprint with thoughts of more customers more money to fix the network well it doesn't seem to be working quite that way every customer that comes from another carrier seems to not be able to adjust to what Sprint has to provide in turn this increases the customer's propensity to churn and cost us even more money not only that they treat their employees like crap they changed the bonus compensation every 5 seconds and don't seem to think about how it may affect their employees lives I have had multiple customers called in to me and tell me that they were in emergency situations and we're not able to dial 9-1-1 all Sprint cares about is the money there's no ethics to it if that's what you want to stand for come work for Sprint

    Advice to Management

    It all starts in house if your employees are not happy they won't go to bat for your company treat your employees better and that will be a start don't come up with ideas in your little office that has nothing to do with the way that we handle customers on a daily basis ask us for our feedback let us know that our opinion matters because we are the one taking these calls
