Exciting working for small company where you can get involved in the full range of activities, generally talented people you are working with, and opportunity to travel. Have now finally got someone with actual Compliance experience on board, which will help

Senior Management are amateurish and quite cynical, seem very quick to burn staff if things go wrong which has created something of a paranoid blame culture. Product management talks a good strategy but in reality is reduced to constant firefighting as the management is a little weak and gets pushed around by Sales. CEO is lazy and can't keep a thought in his head long enough to be taken seriously. Fortunately he is generally ignored.
