I worked at Starbucks full-time (More than 3 years)

Great benefits, good people. One of the most fun work environments I've experienced. If you're lucky enough to work at a location where you get trusty regulars and have some face time with them, tips are steady and generous. Several of my regulars were y very nice, and seeing them was the highlight of my day. Working here makes you feel like part of your community, since you're part of everyone's daily or weekend routines.

Customers can be incredibly rude and obnoxious. There are multiple rush times per day, and they're always stressful and exhausting. Insane levels of turn-over means always being short staffed or training, and customers get incredibly upset when they sense either of those.

    Advice to Management

LIsten to our concerns, so the turn-over issue stops already.
