The salary and wage differences and treatment from senior management to other employee's is too polar leaving most employees earning below a livable wage for most cases unless your part of the management inner circle. The HR director is very biased and vindictive as to who and how one can advance with-in the company and other locations. She is not an advocate for employee's but more of an advocate for the bottom line and herself. The HR director and senior management are more concerned with how they come off to corporate and manipulating survey numbers then understanding the truth of their employee's satisfaction. This hotel has a very high turn around of employees for this reason.
Advice to Management
Human resources should be an advocate for the employees and not her own interest and favorites. Get an HR director that is employee focused and stop some of the company events and parties to be able to re-apply the money toward allowing the employees to make a more livable wage.
