Great company culture. Excellent training programs for employees. Good teamwork amongst the different departments. Fun environment with a lot of company outings.
Medical insurance is VERY expensive. Little, to no raises given even with an "excellent" annual review. High employee turnover. Little room for advancement.
Advice to Management
Incorporate "work-life balance" policies (flex schedules, telecommute 1-2 days a week, etc.) for all employees and departments to improve morale without really costing the company money.
