I worked at Stratasys full-time (More than 3 years)
Great people to work with. Incredible technology, financials may not show it but the future is bright for this industry - diverse applications, many we have yet to imagine. Pay and benefits are in-line with the market. Employees are passionate about the technology and their jobs.
The company is struggling and while management is working to provide structure and guidance for their employees they are unsure or maybe not in touch with the direction the company is taking. Employees are struggling to do their best to follow and support the company. Support, resources are lacking. Noone is sure where responsibilities reside, accountability is lacking. This is a very different company from what it was 3 years ago but they continue to work to evolve.
Advice to Management
Support staff, connect with mid-managers and staff to better understand the challenges and issues they face. Maybe bring in some change-management consultants and provide better direction and resources. Empower and provide support to mid-managers. This is a painful place to work in the existing culture. You have good people and a great technology. Would remind leadership that your employees are your most important customers. As it is today it seems you are losing the good ones.
