I have been working at Strayer University full-time (More than 3 years)
Diverse company with 80 or more locations on the East coast venturing into the Mid-Western states. The university makes efforts to be industry current with the degree programs offered.
With 80 locations you would think that internal growth would be an advantage to an employee; however, they pay is minimum and the demand is great!
Advice to Management
Take a close look at your campus directors because they could be the root to high turnovers in staffing.
