I worked at Stryker full-time (More than a year)
There's always work in one department or another.
Just like any other temp jobs. they don't hire much so there are people who's been there for 2-3 years plus and still haven't gotten hired. Don't expect to get trained properly. Most of the time the place is filthy dirty but just before the inspectors come, the team leaders and supervisors would order a quick cleanup. Fake. Expect your breaks to be used on changing in and out of your gowns. If you're injured on the job, if you report it chances are you'll get written up and fired. I see more people get fired than hired on.
Advice to Management
There's a lot of employees faking about actually liking to work there. If they told the truth management will just fire them. A lady I worked with had bronchitis but she still got written up for taking time off to see the doctor. The temp agency didn't take care of their temp workers at all. There's a lot of disrespect towards temp workers. There is no incentive for temp workers.
