interesting work topics- concerts, sporting events, theatre. Ability to travel to work events and deal directly with customers at settings such as the super bowl, BCS, World Series, Final Four, the Masters, US Open, etc.
Company is finding its stride after turnover at the CEO level. It can take awhile to learn who owns what, but to be fair that is being clarified. The company has gotten away from hiring people that are interested in the content- live events, although this too is being addressed.
Advice to Management
define strategy at lower levels, remove roadblocks (which could be people) to execution.
