I have been working at Studio 65 (More than a year)

The office is located in a beautiful neighborhood and has a great view!

Management is emotionally abusive and openly talks badly about their employees to other employees. There is no communication or any real structure. There is no one to talk to if you have a problem. Unnecessarily long work hours due to people sitting around gossiping for most of the day and not being aware of deadlines. Extremely cliquey. Management talks down to you if you aren't their personal friend. Even if you do everything right and go the extra mile to do a great job, management won't notice and will see you how they want to see you. No real adult supervision. Extremely toxic work environment. This office is a good example of why people think fashion is a gross industry to be in. Management will take advantage of you and underpay you then fire you and not give you a reason why if you aren't one of the people who sits around and gossips with them. This company will surely drive itself into the ground soon.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like human beings. Take management courses. Don't smoke cigarettes inside. Don't talk badly about people as soon as they walk away. Don't play favorites. Don't have cliques. Have a sense of right and wrong or don't be in a managerial position. Don't loudly make personal calls at work. Be better people in general.
