-Purchased by another company -Stock options taken away -Growth potential extremely low -New owners are cheap and took away some vacation and health benefits. Sounds like they are only offering the bare requirements minimum now. -No more Kaiser insurance -Slow innovation since acquired by another company.
Advice to Management
Learn how the silicon valley works if you want to keep your most talented employees. It's an employee market right now. And you once had some of the most talented and hard working group working for you. Good luck keeping the few remaining employees you have.
