Enjoyed conducting business with a team of loan officers, builders, while ensuring a smooth building process for the client.
Upper management was unaware of the unrealistic responsibilities that were expected in addition to the job description. Employees were always stressed out.
Advice to Management
I would suggest that upper management, Ricardo Scott and his managers actually spend 1 solid week in the roll of a cp administrator and once the week is over make an honest determination if in fact it is unreasonable to meet all the job requirements within an 8 hour work day.
