I worked at Superior Technical Resources full-time (Less than a year)
I enjoyed one of their CSR activities in Buffalo.
I had a very bad experience working for this company. I got hired as a Business Analyst. My job was to prepare analytics on Microsoft Excel. I did not get any proper training. In spite of that, I did my best to get upto speed. In addition, my coworkers were extremely demanding. After a few months, they just suddenly called me, and without giving any proper reason, they terminated my employment, inspite of the fact that I was getting better. They did it in such an unprofessional manner and it was the most humiliating experience of my life.
Advice to Management
1. Make proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) 2. Give proper training to the new employees and allow them to settle down and get into the groove. 3. Give proper reasons for terminating an employee.
