I have been working at Sur La Table part-time (Less than a year)
I absolutely loved working here. I felt like I had great support from management, we had a great team of people, the classes were so fun, and it was easy to be passionate about! I learned so much and felt like I was part of a family.
The kitchen assistants could have used more concrete training so that everyone is on the same page from the get go. On occasion the recipes from corporate were simply awful and really hard to work with.
Advice to Management
Train the KAs a little more. Keep on being awesome!
