Some co-workers were nice and friendly to people new to the job; they were willing to even lend a helping hand when it got too busy.

Bad management and communication. All servers were females, most likely to get more tip. Everything used typical Arabic numbers such as 1,2,3 but employees are forced to learn Japanese numbers for drinks; it makes putting in orders a bit confusing and does not make sense to be set up that way.

    Advice to Management

Be more professional, both to employees and customers. Yes, money is important and you are running a business but you can afford to have some manners and be more attentive to your loyal customers; it is frustrating as an employee to watch the EMPLOYER neglect customers.
