Benefits are great, flexible scheduling and WFH is good, the company is very lucky to have talented employees still sticking around.
Lack of accountability from the top down. It is easier to point a finger than accept responsibility and make change. There is a culture of finger pointing and back-stabbing. Incapable leadership. How many VP's and SVP's does a company of 200 people need?
Advice to Management
Actions speak louder than words. When a leader can't retain a team, it is leadership's responsibility to step in and try to figure out why and take action. Failure to take action is showing the rest of the group that poor management is acceptable and the cycle continues.
