I have been working at SysMind as a contractor (More than a year)
it is difficult to come up with anything which is of actual value to a consultant than getting a paycheck. It's not much of a paycheck but if you have little experience, it can get your foot in the door.
It's a body shop where the administration has little knowledge of recognizing the value of the consultants that they hire. It's more about getting the contract and increasing margins whenever possible; typically at the consultant's expense.
Advice to Management
The recruiters and account executives don't understand the business of IT and show little respect for the consultants that actually do the work. Try hiring administrative staff that have actually worked in supplying IT services and not just resume routers.
