I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

pretty decent commission structure, if youre good at sales, then you will be compensated, although don't expect to turn this into a 6 figure job.

The worst things about the job is getting more hours, they are allocated based on performance, but even as a top performer I never too much more than 30 hours a week. Most of your pay comes from commission.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management, like super high level management would be reduce the amount of paperwork in the workplace, I'm sure I've killed at least 3 small forests myself with the amount of paperwork I have printed out based on company requirements.
