    Approves of CEO

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (Less than a year)

Great medical benefits, tuition reimbursement, and room for growth (depending on your store). The District managers, regional manager and CEO are amazing people with good hearts. There are flexible schedule opportunities in order to grow either within or outside of the company, pursuing other career paths (including higher education).

Most managers will push their views and strategies on you in order to get you to sell more and meet ridiculous sales quotas, despite the consequences. Many clients will purchase beyond their means, thanks to the financing abilities granted to them, and then they will return yelling at us associates because of their high monthly bill. Young managers with little experience lack basic coaching abilities and take it out on their associates when sales suffer.

    Advice to Management

They need to be more open minded in their coaching style, not everyone learns the same way. They also need to stop jumping to conclusions and learn to communicate with associates rather than assessing situations based on minuscule observations.
