I worked at T. Rowe Price full-time (More than a year)

The health and retirement benefits are great. I made some good friends ( but be careful because once they get into management they'll treat you like you're nothing and not be friends with you out of fear)

If you are pretty and can flirt, you'll go far. If you are on an action plan and never show up to work, don't worry. It's impossible to get fired from this company. If morale is terrible (and it is) they will push you out before you make too much noise. Don't expect to make any money. The pay is WAY below industry average. And the overtime is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Stop with the favoritism. a manager may be pretty but if she's an airhead she won't be able to lead a team. Stop pushing out the tenured and rewarding those who don't do anything. You send a bad message that employees aren't valued. You should pay attention to turnover. It speaks volumes
