The office is very laid back. If you perform well, you will be rewarded, and you don't have to wait for the yearly review to get a pay boost. As a small office, you will get exposure to many different aspects of the business.
As a small company there are not that many rungs on the ladder to move up, but again those that perform well are recognized and will receive promotions and boosts. You also may not get exposed to the multinational issues that you would at a large publicly traded company. Also, everyone wears many hats, which someone from a bigger company may not be used to. The last thing is, as a small company in the financial services industry, revenues are highly volatile. However, they don't lay anyone off and their strategy works, so it's fairly secure.
